UMTS Iub/Iur incl. deciphering for 3GPP R5, Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens and Alcatel

Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens, Alcatel and all 3GPP R5 compliant networks are covered by the UMTS solution for NetClaw® 3.3 and a Q503 sub-rack. The solution offers real-time monitoring of e.g. the RNC and provides automatic link detection and set-up. This means that no manual configuration is needed when the NetClaw® is set-up for a new measurements and real-time deciphering of both the Iub and the Iur links.

Extended Firewall Support

NetClaw® offers a simple way for the customers to connect to the NetClaw® in a firewall protected network.

New Protocol Help

The new protocol help provides direct access to all relevant information about the protocol stacks, its layers as well as which standards that have been implemented.

Port Scanning and Protocol Auto-detection

The ease of use with NetClaw® has been improved by the port scanning and protocol auto-detection functionality. The NetClaw® scans for the relevant traffic at the monitored links and identify the ports as well as the appropriate protocols. In case, mixed traffic is running at the same link, the NetClaw® lists the identified traffic and let the user select the one that concerns the actual troubleshooting issue.
