7.5 hour working day with a flexible start finish program:

Core Working Hours: 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

25 days per annum initially (pro-rata in year of joining), increasing by 1 day for every 2 years of service to a maximum of 30 days.
